  give it a 4 for good customer service. the guy tried really hard to find a fridge for me. if they updated their technology the process would have been quicker. they're prices are higher than best buy so they were unable to match my deal. but I give the guy credit for not giving up on the search

  Had to replace a built-in microwave only after 3 years. Went to PC Richards after having bad experiences with customer service in the past with both Lowe's and Home Depot. Ramon, my salesman, was excellent. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. There was a mix-up with the color of the microwave I purchased from the manufacturer, and when I returned it, I was told I'd have to wait a couple of weeks for a special order to arrive. After I said I couldn't wait that long for this appliance, Ramon called around other stores to see if they had it in stock, and when they didn't, he offered me a VERY GOOD deal on the display model that was in the store. I walked away very happy and even managed to save some money. I will never go back to the big box stores again for appliances. Go in and ask for Ramon. He will not steer you wrong!!!

  I could not ask for a better shopping experience there is a gentleman there named Will he is the store manager I believe and another gentleman named John they are both phenomenal. I am almost positive Will is a retired Marine who served our country with honor. He runs the most efficient PC Richards I have ever been in!! Whenever and what ever I have ever needed to buy from the store he was always able to give me the proper sales team to help with all of my decisions.John is also a very big Part of the whole staff. I worked with him a few times and had no issues ordering from the catalog for something that was not available to be seen in the store. I would recommend anyone looking to buy entertainment equipment or any appliance PC Richards in West New York would be The only place I would ever go

  I have gone to this location of pc Richards several times to buy my fridge, camera, air conditioner, and my mattress set. Each time I was very satisfied with the price, quality and service. I always speak with the salesman Christian G. because he is very patient and informative so he answers all my questions about the products when I'm making my final decision for my purchase. Also I live on the fourth floor so the delivery of my items was a very important factor for me. They were able to get my fridge up to my apt with no trouble and without damaging the item. A very professional team and I highly recommend them!

  The staff are very friendly and approachable. This one man, his name escapes me, of possibly Indian or Pakistani descent approached us eager to help and made purchasing a computer easy. We got the best deal on a computer and an anti-virus software thanks to him. I wish I could have tipped him ):
